Method of collection and legal grounds

Your personal data is collected by wholly or partly automated means, or by non-automated means, through telephone, WhatsApp, e-mail, face-to-face conversation and reception records. The legal grounds are: express provision in the laws, the conclusion and performance of a contract, compliance with a legal obligation, the establishment and protection of a right, and legitimate interest. Any processing not based on these grounds is subject to your explicit consent.

Transfers

Identity details are notified to the authorised public institutions and organisations as required by law. Financial records may be shared with the people who provide us with accounting services, and payment data with the relevant banks and payment institutions. No other transfer to third parties takes place.
