Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy governs the cancellation, change and refund terms for bookings made at Helen Olimpos Konağı. By confirming your booking you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. Information on the right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, accommodation contracts that are to be performed on a specific date or within a specific period fall outside the scope of the right of withdrawal. The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal therefore does not apply to hotel bookings. Our own cancellation terms set out below apply instead.

2. Free cancellation

For cancellations made up to [7] days before the arrival date no deduction is applied; any prepayment taken is refunded in full.

3. Late cancellation

For cancellations made less than [7] days before the arrival date, the first night's charge is collected or set off against the prepayment.

4. No-show and early departure

If you do not arrive without giving notice, the first night's charge is collected and the remaining nights are released. If you depart early after the stay has begun, no refund is made for the unused nights.

5. Change requests

Requests to change dates or rooms are assessed according to availability. Where availability allows, the change is free of charge; if a price difference arises, the difference is collected.

6. Special periods

Different cancellation terms may apply during public and religious holidays, the New Year period and special events. In such cases the terms are clearly stated in the booking confirmation.

7. Refund process

Where a refund is due, the payment is refunded using the payment method you used and to the person who made the booking. The refund is initiated within [14] days of the request being approved; how long the amount takes to reach your account depends on your bank.

8. Cancellations by the business

If accommodation cannot be provided because of natural disaster, fire, infrastructure failure or force majeure, all payments received are refunded in full without deduction, or an equivalent alternative is offered by mutual agreement with you.

9. Notifying a cancellation

For cancellation and change requests you can call 0543 954 16 02 or write to the same number on WhatsApp. For a request to be valid it must be confirmed by us.
